Automation Approval

This PowerAutomate Flow was created to handle, and direct, the automation needed for the Travel App (created in Canvas). The steps within this flow responded to the 'triggering event', then dissected what was needed, put them into their proper variable holders, sent out "approval request" to the individuals chain of command and notified the requestor of their status'. This was a very involved process and had me testing the limits of my understanding.
It was a great lesson though and a great project.

Custom PDF Creation

This PowerAutomate Flow was inserted into the Automation Approval Flow. At presentation, I had a colleague ask if there was a way to make the data they input available to send up their companies travel department as well. I gave it a try and found out that it is possible, IF YOU USE THE BUSINESS SUITE that Office365 offers.

Our organization has it, I found a way to create a custom MS Word document and then have it create a PDF of each individual requester. Therein including all pertinent information they would need to present.
